Role Overview:
The Entry-Level e Commerce Manager will support the development and execution of digital strategies to enhance our online brand presence and optimize sales. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
- Optimize the hotel’s website for user experience and SEO.
- Analyze website traffic and user metrics to drive online sales growth.
- Assist in managing online booking platforms and customer feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e Commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
- A passion for hospitality and customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience in a luxury hotel setting.
