AC Direct is looking for a hard working and dedicated individual who is willing to learn and grow in an exciting and ever growing e-commerce store. AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning products in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products.
The position currently available is the role of an Electrician.
Duties include:
· Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control & wiring.
· Performing general electrical maintenance.
· Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
· Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
· Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
· Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
· Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
· Following national regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
· 5 years experience working as an electrician
· Experience in the renewable energy field
Skills & Attributes:
· Must be good communicators in English
· Must have a valid South African driver’s license
· Must be able to travel and work in the Montague Gardens, Western Cape area.
