Planet fitness is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst that will be Performing forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making in a business also Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial metrics and developing and improving budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts by providing ad-hoc business performance reportingand combining analytical mindset, technical ability, and people skills

Financial Planning Analyst Responsibilities:(KPI)
Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
Escalates any financial issues to management.
Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
Collaborates with finance team.
Evaluate company performance by analysing financial and operational data.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision-making.
Financial Planning Analyst Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting
Must have 2 – 3 years financial planning experience.
Able to set-up processes and reporting for FP&A areas to assist in business decision making
