Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience in IT support in ERP system.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega or Oracle ERP (Order Configuration) or Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incident management, ensuring quick resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
- Provide L1 support for Pega or Oracle ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Order Configuration or Supply Chain modules.
- Monitor, track and escalate incidents as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other support teams to address complex issues and provide seamless service to end-users.
Experience:
- Supply Chain Management: 3 years (Required)
- Incident Management: 6 years (Required)
- ERP systems: 3 years (Required)
