We are seeking a skilled and strategic Paid Ads specialist to lead our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Google, and Meta. You'll also mentor a small team, ensuring our strategies align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies is required.
Experience in the home services niche preferred.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze campaign data to continuously refine performance and maximize ROI
- Conduct audience research to effectively target key demographics and improve ad relevancy.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to adjust campaign strategies as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital paid advertising within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta Ads.
- Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering results for clients.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
Position: Paid Ads Specialist
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Salary: USD 1500 - USD 2000
