Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking an Accountant to join their dynamic team in the US. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s financial health by managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (oral+written)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel and more)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Position: Accountant
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Global
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST
Salary: USD 1500 - USD 2000
Holidays: Local Holidays
