Amka, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Payroll Clerk.

Amka is a leading FMCG Business founded in Pretoria in the 1950s. From the outset Amka has focused on the unique needs and opportunities inherent in Africa's emerging markets.
The company specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of products that meet consumer needs in Hair Care, Skin Care, Fragrance and Home care markets in over sixty countries around the world. Distribution is achieved through chain stores, independent retailers, salons, wholesalers and buying groups. Amka operates from twelve facilities in Sunderland Ridge, Pretoria. Amka also runs a Hair & Skincare in Johannesburg.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
Experience:
The main purpose of the job
- To assist in the payment of staff salaries.
- 7–8 years of payroll experience
- SAP (payroll) – experience
- Medium to Large corporate experience
- Weekly payment to employees and payment relating to wage deductions.
- Receive and capture hours worked.
- Check the payroll, and adjust if necessary.
- Upload bank file.
- Make payslips available to supervisors.
- Attend to all queries before the next payroll.
- Processing and payment of Labour Companies invoices.
- Attend to general inquiries
- Processing and payment of loans.
- To assist in the payment of staff salaries
- Payroll Administration
- SAP payroll
- Spinifex reporting
- Grade 12 / Matric
