About the Position
Amka, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Credit Controller.
Work Experience

• 3+ years in a credit environment, preferably FMCG
• 2 to 5 years of Credit Management

Key tasks

• Collect the company's receivables in an efficient and professional manner, having due regard for maintaining and strengthening cooperative working relationships between internal and external customers
• Achieve and improve the monthly collection targets as set within the OGSM framework
• Maintain the portfolio's 90-150-day overdue position within the target range as set in the OGSM
• Maintain the accounts in a state of reconciliation through accurate allocation of payments and timeous attendance to queries, claims and disputes

Personal Skills/Attributes
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in and possess the following skills and/or abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong numeracy skills
