Project and Energy Engineer

- Define project scope in line with corporate objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the required health, safety, compliance, MAN norms and specifications.
- Monitor project progress & use suitable action plans with regular meetings as per agreed timelines.
- Assist in recording and reporting of water usage in the Plant.
- Coordinate scheduled/planned project milestones and activities.
- Assist in the management of Engineering ISO compliance, budget and capacity planning activities.
- Liaise with suppliers to identify mandatory processes, methods and service requirements Liaise with.
- Procurement with technical information for ordering/outsourcing of services/vendors.
- Support Engineering and documentation processes.
- Work according to SHE requirements.
- Carry out required 6S activities in line with MAN norms and objectives.
- Develop project plans and deliver project specification with precise milestones.
- Assist with cost & waste reduction initiatives to enable departmental systems to be more efficient.
- Degree / Btech / Honours in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Products Safety & Health Management.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- Project Management Skills.
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
- A focus on quality and output performance.
- Encourage Team.
- Work Flexible, active and forward thinking.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Pro-active, reliable, be self-motivated.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Able to make decisions.
- Ability to present and disseminate information in an effective manner.
- Technical experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment - 2 years.
- Supervisory experience with strong project management experience - 1 year.
- Experience with Energy and water management - 1 year.
