Your role is all about creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, assisting with check-ins, answering inquiries, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. From greeting guests with a smile to ensuring smooth communication with other departments, your mission is to deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. You’ll be the point of contact for our guests, helping them feel at home from the moment they arrive until they depart.
What Is Required:
We are looking for a receptionist at our luxury hotel in Knysna. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. The Receptionist ensures that all guest interactions are handled professionally and courteously, contributing to the overall high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction that define our luxury property.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Hospitality diploma / experience
- Working knowledge of Opera
- Computer literate
- Familiar with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department
