Timeshare General Manager | Limpopo

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a senior role as an Operations Manager or General Manager for a large, bush-based property.
- A relevant hospitality degree or diploma in hotel/hospitality management.
- Strong understanding of guest expectations and the ability to oversee all operational aspects with a hands-on approach.
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and financial analysis.
- Strong connections within the hospitality industry, particularly with points clubs and exchange companies NB
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Previous experience in wage negotiations and HR management.
- Outstanding communication, delegation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively and fairly, instilling core company values and culture through leading by example.
- A good and stable employment history with contactable references.
