Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef (PC)

Our client is particularly looking for a young Candidate who has previously worked in TOP restaurants in the Cape and who also has OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE. This is a senior position and requires a Candidate who has previous experience in a Senior Sous or Head Chef role within an upmarket restaurant environment.
Please note: We can only consider candidates, who are South African Citizens or hold valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications can be entertained!
** Candidates who live in other provinces of South Africa or elsewhere, need to be able to travel to Stellenbosch for interviews / cook offs / trial shifts entirely at their own expense.
