Position Overview:
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an excellent shopping experience to our customers. You will assist in various store operations, contribute to sales objectives, and ensure that the store environment is welcoming and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
· Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
· Process sales transactions efficiently
· Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
· Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· High school certificate or equivalent;
· Prior retail experience will be advantageous.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as per the centre trading hours.
