As a Retail Sales Associate, you will:
1. Engage with customers.
2. Handle transactions.
3. Provide expert advice on our range of products.
Your role is vital in delivering an exceptional in-store experience at our brand new store on Long Street.
This role will be on a rotational shift basis as the store retail hours will be from 10:00 until 23:00.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience (2 - 3 years) in a retail environment in the cannabis or vaping industry (preference will be given).
2. Retail counter sales experience (advantageous)
3. Familiarity with POS systems and cash management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Matric or equivalent qualification - Non negotiable!
8. Clear criminal and/or ITC records (background checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process).
