Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years’ experience gained as a Talent Manager with in a National corporate environment of which 5 years are gained at a leadership level

• Grade 12

• BCom Hons Human Resources Degree

• Registration as Psychometrist at HPCSA

Responsibilities:

• Administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting.

• Specify projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements.

• Plans, develops and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation.

• Complies with submission of all statutory reports.

• May be responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division or could be responsible for an area of a specialisation e.g. pension administration or employee benefits administration.

• Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary process, manpower statistics, government returns and performance appraisal documentation process.
