Based within our HR team, the successful candidate will be exposed to the full HR discipline and will be expected to provide strong administrative support.
Key Objectives
- Organize and maintain employee records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record annual, sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare employee contract documents
- Prepare WSP reports and submissions.
- Assist with welcoming new joiners and onboarding process.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. leave trends)
- Assist with employee queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave of absence, sick days, overtime and commission)
- Assist with recruitment administration
- Participate in HR projects
- At least 2 years' experience working in an HR Administrator role in a similar environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn, self-train, and execute new administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all organizational roles
- Ability to take ownership of projects
