Job Description

1、制定并实施人力资源战略，以支持韩国市场的业务目标和增长。2、负责招聘流程，确保吸引、筛选和录用合适的候选人，以满足组织的需求。3、设计和执行有效的绩效管理框架，以提升员工绩效和组织效率。4、建立和维护员工关系，促进积极的工作环境，处理员工关系问题。5、制定和更新人力资源政策和程序，确保合规性和员工满意度。1、Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and growth in South Korea market.2、Manage the recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire suitable candidates to meet organizational needs.3、Design and enforce an effective performance management framework to enhance employee performance and organizational efficiency.4、Establish and maintain employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee relation issues.5、Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.

Position Requirement

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业。2、3年以上人力资源管理经验，有在韩国或国际企业工作经验者优先。3、熟悉韩国劳动法规，具备良好的法律意识。4、出色的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与各级员工和管理层有效合作。5、具备解决问题和决策制定的能力，善于在复杂环境中推动业务。1、Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management or a related field.2、More than 3 years of experience in HR management,with a preference for experience in Korean or international companies.3、Familiarity with Korean labor laws and a strong sense of legal awareness.4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management at all levels.5、Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adept at navigating complex situations.
