We are looking for a qualified Business Line Manager Marine Solutions who are eager to generate sustainable, profitable growth for Industrial Flow business globally, and to become the best in class in Marine Solutions.
You will develop business plans in line with the strategy for short term, mid-term and long-term goals. You are also expected to develop service sales people to sell all services under the Industrial Flow Marine solutions.
This mission should be accomplished through dedicated sales team, field service, marketing tools, organizational and people management, as well as sustainable competence development to attract, retain and grow talent.
In this role you will report to the VP Sales and Marketing Industrial Flow Division.

Power and Flow
Power and Flow is a division within the Power Technique business area. Transforming to energy efficient solutions with hybridization, cleaner technologies, digital connectivity and customer care, we aim to build a sustainable future across our three strategic pillars - portable power, portable flow and industrial flow. Our mobile generators, energy storage systems, light towers, portable and industrial pumps, serve a wide range of industries like construction, mining, events, dewatering, rental, food and beverage, healthcare, wastewater, biogas, among others. The division is headquartered in the United States (Rock Hill, South Carolina) with its main development and manufacturing units located in Europe (Italy, Spain and Germany), China, Middle East, Brazil and the United States.

In this role you will report to the VP Sales and Marketing Industrial Flow Division.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build the relationships with the shipowners and the brokers in the marine industry to specify AC IFL pumps in advance
- Influence the shipyards, the FGSS suppliers and the engine manufacturers through the advanced promotions and the relationships with the shipowners for the individual projects
- Collaborate with CC sales to promote to the shipyards, the FGSS suppliers and the engine manufacturers
- Coordinate the global projects among the shipowner, the shipyard, the FGSS suppler, the engine manufacturer, PC Technical and CC Sales
- Support new product developments according to the market needs in advance in collaboration with product management and R&D
- Develop new business opportunities with AC IFL products in the marine industry
Experience requirements
- Good networks with the shipowners and the brokers globally
- At least over 10 years experiences as the shipyard technical sales engineer or manager promoted to the shipowners and the brokers
- Good knowledge of the shipbuilding, especially for the FGSS, the cargo handling system and the engine, etc.
- Good networks with the shipyards, the FGSS suppliers and the engine manufacturers globally
- Capable to collaborate with technical and salespeople globally to win the projects
- Keen to find new business opportunities in the marine industry with AC IFL product lines
- Willing to travel oversea countries often
- The candidate shall have excellent command of English
