Arnold & Porter's Complex Litigation group is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Seoul office.

Arnold & Porter's office in Seoul, South Korea, provides counsel to clients concerning cross-border disputes, including U.S. commercial and intellectual property litigation, and international arbitration. The office also counsel clients on cross-border M&A, antitrust, internal investigations, and international trade matters. Our team in Seoul counsels some of Korea's top companies before US federal and state courts and in arbitration and advises on their operations in the United States and other international markets.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience working on complex U.S. commercial and/or intellectual property litigation. Experience in international arbitration and government and internal investigations will also be viewed favorably. Candidates must possess excellent legal analysis, writing skills, academic credentials, and references. In addition, applicants must currently be licensed to practice law in the United States, preferably in California or New York, and be eligible to become licensed as a foreign legal consultant in Korea. Candidates must be fluent in both Korean and English.
