Location: JS Tower, 144-19 Samseong-dong, Gannam-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Contract: 6 months (Immediate start)
Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure PC and Mac systems.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
• Input, update, and maintain hardware inventory.
• Provide first-line user support and resolve IT-related queries.
• Assist with various tasks as directed by the End User Service supervisor(s).

Technological Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Windows 10 & 11, mac OS, Microsoft 365 Suite, and VPN configuration.
• Basic understanding of local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and wide area networks (WAN).
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Korean.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate and report to English-speaking headquarters via email.
