Skills / Experience Required

• Hold and maintain a current active Secret clearance
• 3-8 years of practical experience in PC, server, and network maintenance and support; Hardware/software installation, testing, and troubleshooting; Wireless networking and system operations
• Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on computer systems and peripherals
• Ensure proper power installation, including UPS installation for PCs and servers
• Manage and troubleshoot common access card (CAC) issues
• Sanitize or destroy IT equipment in accordance with security regulations
• Configure, monitor, secure, and maintain internal network devices and LAN connectivity
• Repair or replace defective network cabling and maintain rack space and cable infrastructure
• Install, relocate, and maintain horizontal and vertical cabling across equipment racks, cable trays, wall drop boxes, and network devices
• Provide hardware and software accountability support to the logistics team
• Manage assembly, installation, relocation, and removal of IT and electronic equipment across offices and shared spaces
• Evaluate and integrate printers, scanners, and multifunction devices into the network
• Set up, install, and maintain telephones, secure terminals (STEs), and related communication equipment
• Operate, monitor, and secure audio-visual (AV) display systems, including TV and video wall screens
• Offer technical recommendations to improve network, hardware, and system configurations
• Strong knowledge of networking tasks and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proactive approach with minimal supervision required
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Possess and maintain IA computing environment certifications per Do D 8140/8570.01-M guidelines

Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
