Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as a System Developer at Cloud RAN (Radio Access Network), where you will leverage your unique potential and have responsibilities in influencing, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and cloud infrastructure that support our operations and services alongside colleagues from various regions worldwide. This role will broaden your expertise in creating cloud-based RAN systems aimed at supporting the next generation of RAN technology.

In this role, you will shape the technical vision and mission of our network systems, contribute to product evolution plans, and ensure the accuracy of system requirements. What you will do:

- Technical leadership with cross-functional teams
- Supporting technical excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
- Providing insights from both functional and platform perspectives.
- Contribution on product evolution plans and roadmaps
- Overseeing product artifacts and feature perspectives.
- Assisting in technical problem-solving for customer issues.
- Addressing architectural issues and system critical features.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on designing, implementing and end-2-end(E2E) testing
You will bring:

In addition, we believe you have:
- Master’s degree or more in a relevant technical field. (Cloud based RAN, preferred)
- Ambition growing in Telco Domain.
- Good to have 3GPP, RAN, Cloud system understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with Automation, better with AI capability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
