Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as System Developer in the Business Area Networks team. We are looking for a System Developer to support our projects in delivering RAN/Radio products that meet our high-quality standards. Your role will include involvement in all phases of the product life cycle, ensuring a strong focus and steady progress on key activities within projects and the organization. You will also contribute to the vision, strategy, and activities of the unit to continuously improve our products

What you will do:
- Drive strategic technical leadership
- Manage and support System activities in our project and organization
- Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
- Take a lead for system activities to develop high quality products
- Provide support to customers, e.g. technical/solution discussion in customer engagement, system level troubleshooting etc.
- Drive continuous improvements of products and process
- Develop competence in Traffic Control and Radio technical domain
You will bring:

- Delivering needed results and meeting customer expectations
- System thinking, understanding details and relations without losing the holistic view
- Knowledge of wireless communication, LTE, 5G, 6G or other radio networks and AI & Machine Learning
- A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
