Mission/Purpose of the Job:

This position is Global Service Supply Planner, supports a supply chain infrastructure that enables achievement of business, operational and financial goals for the Services business globally. The global service supply planner to supports the Global Service Supply Planning Lead in the execution of supply chain tasks for the Service business across Edwards worldwide. This role is also core role bridging between Customer centor and Product company(PC)/Distribution centers(DC)– PC/DC to set the most appropriate capacity and controlling load on the factory to balance demand and supply. The role will maintain a level of intimacy with key customer account teams and represent that in the operational planning process. The roles main objective is to position inventory and capacity in the supply chain so that customer orders can be met within a market competitive lead time. This involves setting stock objectives, planning production, monitoring the projected stock levels in each RDC, and adjusting the production and replenishment plans as appropriate to best meet the demands in all regions. In addition the role will handle requests to improve delivery and deliver consistent world class customer service. Depends on responsibie location the detail action can be various.

Main Responsibilities:

• Education to degree level. Preferably with post graduate qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics.

• 3 to 5 years planning experience in a global manufacturing company with detailed logistics/supply chain management knowledge

• High level of data analytical skills

• MS Office skills, with high proficiency in Excel. Experiences for PBI are preffered

• Fluent in written & verbal English

• Excellent communication skills including reporting, leading meetings and inter-personal skills

• Demonstrates an openness to change and readily learns and adapts to new technologies

• Prioritizes work and timely addresses internal customer requests

• Work in a global environment with people from all different countries

• Highly motivated to drive improvement

• Work in Western time zone, occasional to travel to oversea

• Able to work independently to work stand alone
