Global Key Account Manager, K-OEMs in Batteries & Automotive, South Korea

Job Description
- Develop customers in Batteries and Automotive market for Sika’s product portfolio such as adhesive, sealants and coating products
- Developmenet of new projects and deliver sales of Batteries and Automotive for Korean OEMs within Korea and support the projects at global level to meet agreed upon budget and gross margin objectives
- Coordinate with local key stakeholders along the value chain of new market segments in Korea to accomplish goals and objectives
- Supply chain management for inventories in Korea market
- Analyze the market and target / position Sika’s product lines accordingly
- Set up business plan yearly/Quarterly /monthly and report to TM manager
- Report /Communication to Sika Industry APAC/ global team
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of business development or related experience, (차장~이사급)
- Prefer industry experience in adhesive AND/OR batteries and Automotive
- Preferred Chemical relevant major, engineering major or business administration
- Good English skills
- Equip with driving license
- You have good computer skills for Excel, Power Point, Words.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Faithful and dedicated person in business
- Motivated to learn
