The Corporate Bank is a market leader in cash management, lending, trade finance, securities services and risk management for FX and Rates. We have deep client relationships and our client solutions relate directly to the real economy.
About the role:
We are hiring in Trade Finance & Lending, Relationship & Transaction Management, and Corporate Coverage.
About the Trade Finance & Lending position:
Trade Finance & Lending Sales originates and executes bank guarantees, receivable financings, export & import financings and lending facilities for large corporate clients and subsidiaries of international clients. The role will support the team to originate, structure and execute the transactions, requiring collaboration with global and regional teams. This will include the preparation of term sheets/ pricing, conducting detailed due diligence and working with financial models to prepare credit proposals, supporting the implementation of the transaction and ongoing monitoring of the portfolio.
About the Relationship & Transaction Management position:
Relationship and Transaction Management (RTM) is the backbone of the Corporate Bank in APAC. The purpose of RTM is to harmonize the Coverage, Implementations and Service teams in Corporate Bank to ensure that we optimize revenue opportunities from existing clients, while still providing the best possible solutions and customer service.
About the Corporate Coverage position:
The Coverage team manages the Corporate Bank’s key client relationships across the full suite of Corporate and Investment Bank products. The team works with a range of clients including large local corporates including overseas subsidiaries of them, quasi-sovereign clients as well as non-bank financial institutions. The role will support the team to manage and grow business with existing clients as well as originate new transactions in growing sectors such as renewables and energy transition. This will involve understanding client’s requirements and structures (know-your-customer), preparing presentations and credit proposals, and interacting with product partners to solve problems and deliver solutions.

Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. - Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st March 2025.
- Be able to start full time work in April 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
