• Develop and execute strategic plans for our injectable aesthetics portfolio to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage a team, including direct reports involved in product development, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and customers to understand market needs and drive product innovation.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet KPIs.
• Oversee budget management and P&L responsibilities for the Injectable Aesthetics division.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

• 7+ years of experience in the aesthetics industry, particularly in injectables.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing product portfolios.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in the South Korean market.
• Background in both prescription and consumer aesthetics.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and market dynamics in Korea.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
