Manufacturing Technician (신입/경력)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering prints/specifications, electrical schematics, manufacturing manuals, and/or verbal/written instructions to determine necessary assembly of machine.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls utilizing Multimeter, Amp meter etc
• Plan assembly procedures and methods to assure efficient and timely progress.
• Assemble complex mechanical units where a high degree of problem-solving and extreme care, skilled workmanship, and accuracy are required to meet strict inspection, testing and operating specifications.
• Position, erect, align, level; position sub-assemblies, units, and separates components and integrate their operations; perform fitting, aligning, timing, calibrating, and other operations incidental to the mechanical assembly of the machine.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in relevant discipline.
• Fresh grad (with Associate degree) or less than 2 years of proven experience and knowledge in mechanical assembly of machines.
• Ability to safely and correctly use hand, power tools, and precision measurement devices.
• Good communication skills in Korean. Ability to read/write in English.
• Able to work rotating 2nd shift in clean room environment. (Team A: 06:00~14:30 / Team B: 14:30~23:00, break: 1-hour)
• Ability to read, understand technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, electrical schematics, and bills of materials is essential.

클린룸 환경에서 반도체 장비 조립 및 테스트
엔지니어링 사양, 전기 회로도, 제조 설명서 및 문서 지침을 읽고 해석
멀티 미터, 앰프 미터 등을 사용한 전기 제어 문제 해결 (트러블슈팅)
효율적인 생산 업무진행을 위한 조립방법 수립
검사 및 테스트, 작동사양을 충족하기 위한 기계장치 조립

자격요건
전문학사 이상
반도체 장비사 생산팀 경력 우대 (신입 또는 경력 2년 이하)
교대 근무 가능자 (A조 06:00~14:30 / B조 14:30~23:00, 휴게시간1시간)
한국어 필수. 기본 영어 speaking/writing 가능한 수준
