담당업무1. Manage and coordinate the Operational excellence acivity to improve site operation performance2. Develop site operatinal excellence stratey and operating plan.3. Partner with business unit Op Ex to determine Op Ex activity plans and priorities4. Build the continuos imporvment culture to increase operational excellence maturity in site with other departments. (e.g. Manufacuring, Quality, Supply chain, Purchasing, Engineering)5. Drive the oveall cost saving project in site to achieve the annul CIP/PPV saving target6. Manage and coorniate the 6 sigma projects / lean projects7. Supervise and develop staff, Ensure appropriate training and education is provided for highly qulified staff, providing on-going performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.8.
