Product Marketing Director

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the MV Switchgear / Grid Component product groups in Distribution Solution division in South Korea. Main stakeholders are Local and Global Product Marketing Teams. You will be mainly accountable for: •Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. • Driving the sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowldge information and training to the sales people. • Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market. Qualifications for the role

• Over 5 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry, with a proven track record of demonstrating your expertise
• Knowledge of relevant products (e.g., switchgears, apparatus) and excel at proposing tailored solutions to customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and have extensive industry experience
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
• Business level in verbal and written English, fluency in Korean
