The Job:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Sales team working as a hybrid employee.
You’ll get to:
  • Increase market share and revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Establish productive & professional relationships with customers.
  • Develops and implement an agreed-upon regional plan which will meet the business goals of increasing sales to the customers and improving customer satisfaction
  • RFQ Study, Techno Commercial Offer Submission, Negotiate and close agreements with customers' Requirements.
  • Increase market share and revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Offering feedback on future product development, features, and functions
  • Help and assist to make a budget and strategic plan for the Korea business based on a business plan, prepare a sales strategy in the market, and ensure attainment of sales targets and profitability.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Implement action plan for penetration into new markets with Demo/Trails/Technical presentations.
  • Ensure that the sales personnel are effectively trained and competent to handle the demands of the customer
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and promote our products and services
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and preferences
  • Manage the budget for the sales team, ensuring that expenses are managed effectively

The Person:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Automotive or Industrial industry including Heavy industries, Ship buildings are advantageous.
  • Experience in metal fasteners and hardware is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, Customer focused, Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good skills in English.
  • CAD program knowledge is an advantage. (CATIA)
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Good communications, negotiation, selling and coordinating skills.
  • Good service mind with stress tolerance and able to work as a team.
  • Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills.
  • Driving license.
