Meal Allowance

• Sourcing and purchasing required raw materials and products from local & international suppliers with considering inventory level, demand forecast, production plan & material shelf life.
• Ensure importing & exporting processes in accordance with Local & Global regulations on transportation, custom clearance, tax and etc.
• Ensure all purchasing activities to comply with established Purchasing policies, procedures, processes and practices as applicable.
• Manage inventories for raw materials, bulks & finished goods to maintain desired stock level with safe & good conditions in warehouses for minimizing scrapping & production interruption.
• Closely work with production & quality teams to support material availability on daily operations.
• Closely work with Sales & Customer Sevice to support ensuring product supply in timely manner.
• Manage overall Logistics & supplying products to local customers and inter-company business.
• Use and input ERP system in work related fields.
• Engage operational excellence to be continuous improvements in logistics & sourcing related areas especially for maximizing local sourcing of raw materials.
• Prepare work related monthly reports and follow-up meeting.
• Co-work with Chem-Trend Asia Pacific Supply Chain Manager community to exchange best practices each other.
• Implement Global/Regional projects related to Supply Chain workflows.
• Other jobs and projects assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics and/or Sourcing areas.
• Preferred to have an experience in chemical company.
• Good problem solving skills.
• User level knowledge of computers, software & ERP systems.
• Basic level of English communication skill.
• Collaboration & Teamwork.
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
