Context of the role:


The Business Operations Specialist at Booksy is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our company's daily operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives.


The Business Operations Specialist role looks like:


Operational Efficiency:

• Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Identify operational issues and provide solutions to streamline processes.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

Project Management:

• Plan and manage projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.

Resource Management:

• Oversee the allocation and utilization of company resources.
• Ensure the effective use of resources to meet business objectives.
• Recommend strategies for optimizing resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with finance, P&C, and other departments to support organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Who you are:

• Experience working with CRM, Automation tools, Data analysis, spreadsheets, operational efficiency, etc.
• B2B SAAS/marketplace experience is a major plus
• Excellent English skills and desire to work within an international team (other languages are also very much appreciated!)
• Experience in an international enviroments
• A team player with excellent prob solving skills
