What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and partners.

• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service

• Respond to e-mails, messages, and phone calls from customers and partners globally.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Update and maintain accurate customer contact information

• Handle refund requests and ensure timely processing

• Provide booking information and support as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are proficient or bilingual in Danish with advanced English level
• Have experience in researching and managing databases
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills to work well with others
• Have passion for travel and experience with travel-related issues.

• Have strong consultative skills to find the right solutions for customers

• Have proficiency in a multi-system environment and basic internet and web-based application skills

• Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

It will be a plus if you:

• Have a college degree

• Have 3 years of travel experience

• Have travel and airline industry experience and savvy preferred

• Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: rotative Monday to Friday 08:00 to 19:00, Saturday to Sunday, from 09.00 to 18.00
• Salary offer: 20,900 euros gross/year with a bonus up to 2400 euros gross/year
