We're looking for Slovenian speaking Customer Support professionals to join our client's team in the beautiful Barcelona!
What you'll do:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1,700.00€ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
What you'll do:
- Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues;
- Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures;
- Be the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response;
- Build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets;
- Create amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of;
- Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback

- Slovenian C2 level
- English B2 level
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
- Self Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
- Immediate availability
- EU Citizenship or Spanish residence

- Barcelona, Barcelona provincia: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
