Our mission is simple: we want to remove the stress, inconvenience, and cost from tax preparation for millions of taxpayers. How do we do it? By blending innovative technology with a network of experienced accountants you can trust.
Founded in 2017, we've created a fantastic product that people genuinely adore (our Trustpilot rating is a stellar 4.9). Today, we're a diverse team of over 40 folks spread across the UK, Spain, and Estonia. Who We're Looking For
Like most startup roles, this one will involve a mix of work!
As an Ops & Support Associate, you'll be working closely with our customers and accountants to provide top-notch support and guide them through the tax-filing process. We're seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and want to join our early-stage startup.
We're a small operations team, so we need proactive individuals who are ready to dive in headfirst and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. From day one, you'll need to immerse yourself in our company, build your knowledge of our platform, and even grow your own tax knowledge (Don’t worry, our friendly team will provide you with training!)

• You'll provide inbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
  
• You'll tackle a wide range of issues, from ensuring that every tax return is completed correctly to managing our relationship with accountant partners. No two problems are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to resolve them.

• You are native in Spanish and proficient in English. We are an UK-based company, but we operate in Spain, therefore Customer Support is fully conducted in Spanish

• You possess strong customer empathy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
  
• You're a problem solver and a team player.
  
• You have previous customer service experience
  
• You must be based in Madrid

• Salary range €20.000-€24.000 per year based on experience
