Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to do it with you! Are you a passionate Scrum Master with experience in agile project management? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team! We are looking for a Scrum Master to work within the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) and oversee two key software products. RESPONSABILITIES Act as Scrum Master for a development team. Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, such as planning, review and retrospective meetings. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement within the team. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure value delivery through efficient project planning and execution. Help the team to identify and remove obstacles to achieve a smooth workflow. Keep up to date on agile best practices and look for opportunities to improve development processes and practices. BASIC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience as Scrum Master in agile environments. Solid knowledge of SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in English (and German, if applicable) to collaborate in multinational teams. Ability to promote autonomy and self-regulation within the team. Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving. Adaptability and ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
