What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Scrum Master working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Promoting and supporting Scrum practices by helping everyone to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values
• Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team

What UST expects from you?

• 4+ years experience working as Scrum Master
• Knows when to use other agile practices to improve team mindset (Lean, Kanban, XP, etc)
• Experience of using different prioritisation techniques
• Understands the need for safe to fail environments and helps the team to create and maintain this environment
• Understand and articulate burn down rates, team velocity, flow metrics, team health checks, forecasting from throughput
• Experience with agile development practices such as Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and code quality metrics
• Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those
• Use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams

Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).

Work Location
100% remote within Spain.

Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
