Your role
We are looking for a General Services IT Analyst for the T&O HQ Area , a key team in our technological ecosystem. You will be responsible for the correct service of the real estate, general services and security processes. You will lead end-to-end processes activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, collaborating with stakeholders across different functions in global and local business units.
Your main in processes tasks will be:

Your role
We are looking for a General Services IT Analyst for the T&O HQ Area , a key team in our technological ecosystem. You will be responsible for the correct service of the real estate, general services and security processes. You will lead end-to-end processes activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, collaborating with stakeholders across different functions in global and local business units.
Your main in processes tasks will be:

Ticketing Processes and Service Billing Processes.
-
Event and project management processes and budget coordination.
-
For all these processes you will have the following functions:
-
Implementation of the processes in the different business units in countries.
-
Coordination of service operation with external suppliers.
-
Coordination for the resolution of incidents with external suppliers.
-
Coordination for the development of evolutions with external suppliers.
-
Improvement plan proposal in coordination with global and local units.
You’re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments, as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the Bank. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills.
If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:
-
5+ years experience in processes engineering and/or good track record in delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
-
3 + years of experience in real estate, general services and security processes.
-
Graduate in a science degree
-
Fluent Spanish and ideally English level C1 (or minimum B2).
-
Demonstrated experience in Low Code applications (Servicenow, Powerplatform, SAP)
-
Good analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills to develop methodologies and processes.
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex priorities at pace and multiple initiatives adjusting to shifting priorities.
-
Ability to handle difficult conversations at all levels.
-
Hybrid work model (you telework a few days and others you join your team at the office).

Time flexibility to enter and exit.

Ability to travel (collaboration with countries) and collaborate with teams from these countries.
