From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a QA Specialist
Project Duration: Stable
Work mode: Full remote.
Location: Madrid.
Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.

Requisitos:

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experiencie.
  
• QA roles within technology teams focused on meeting established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience
  
• Design and development work in QA management systems and tools
  
• Involvement in the overall review and execution of manual and automated testing plans and procedures
  
• Analysis of requiremetns and creation of test plans, test cases and test documentation
  
• Automation of test procedures
  
• Contact Centres, IVRs, telephony and agent desktop solutions
  
• Working in an Agile squads with a team of developers, engineers and tech leads
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - C1.
