We are looking for someone who likes to transform difficult information into easy to understand and intuitive format, do presentation to people and convince them with its own logics and ideas. Someone who wants to influence our shop promoters with effective training materials and convincing presentation will love this job. Lots of vivo promoters from more than 10 markets are waiting for you.


Your healthy routine


You will be working together with our National company retail team, reporting to Head of Retail Operation. You will be fully responsible for retail promoters’ training and community building.


Your Roles :


1) Retail Promoters’ Training & Engagement

• 
  Develop core training materials such as Brand, Products and Soft Skills for markets’ training

• Conduct TTT (Train the Trainer sessions) to all trainers in the markets about the new product

• Monitor and report on the training coverage at each market level

• Operate vivo promoters facebook community for info sharing & engagement & vivo loyalty programs

2) Retail Promoters’ Engagement

• 
  Operate vivo promoters facebook community for info sharing & engagement & vivo loyalty programs

• Collect and analyze community engagement performance, identify solutions to improve

3) Retail Workshop Operation

• 
  Lead quarterly retail workshops with vivo European markets networks

Your profile includes:

• At least 3 years experience in training or community management
• Logical & Clear information delivery & presentation skills
• Good MS office skills to structure ideas and deliver effectively
• Professional drive and strong desire to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Fluency in English, German or another European language is preferred.
• Passion for technology and consumer electronics
• Experience of working with multiple teams in a company and the ability to multitask
