Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a new team member to support the Spain Cell Analysis Sales Team at Agilent Technologies.

You will be part of the European team and will be required to work closely with the sales teams and your counterparts with the same responsibilities for other European countries.

Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
Sales Support
  • Public Tenders Support Customer Questionnaires - Quality - WWCT Tool – (30%)
  • MARS Requests – (10-15% - ie error quoting, calibration …)
  • Customer Quality Questionnaires – (4%)
  • 3rd Party Quotes Into Lab (2%)
DEMO and Fixed Assets Pool Management
  • Manage In Country Demo Logistics (assistance for instrument shipment to and from/ from and to – customers)
  • Centralize and manage the EMEAI Cell Analysis Demo Pool – Stock levels, Aging and Demo Discount
  • Order new demo units (LRT tool)
  • Management of Fixed Assets – EMEAI wide for Cell Analysis
Customer Communications
  • Tracking of order shipments
  • Supporting customer communication
  • Checking order completeness and accuracy
  • Co-ordinating service planning enquiries
  • Enter request for CCDA (Customer Confidential Disclosure Agreement / Coupa)
DEFOA & Returns
  • Credit Note enquiries
CRM Maintenance
  • Mendix Support Tool Entries
  • Contact Updates - Salesforce

Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague that has the following characteristic to join our growing multicultural team:
  • Experience in handling Customer Relation Management (CRM) Software, and other online management tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.

As part of your day-to-day job, you will be working on numerous different tasks and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, which requires strong interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a team member who has a good attention to details as you will be working with a lot of admins where accuracy is important!
