Your tasks

• Drive the development and documentation of the MS strategy.
• Evaluate important market, technology and competitor developments.
• Lead and coordinate M&A activities from target company identification over due diligence.
• Own and manage the strategic program related reporting and decision making processes across all management levels.
• Conceptualize the annual strategy update process; orchestrate and manage strategy workshops and ensure execution of strategic measures.
• Strong ability to apply methodologies and tool sets for state of the art strategic analyses.
• Master processes to strengthen the companies investment capacities as additional source for further, also unorganic, growth.

Your qualifications

• Master of Business Administration or Master of Science in the areas of business management, industrial engineering, or economics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
• Broad experience in the field of M&A across all phases of process including target company search, due diligence and acquisition process.
• More than five years of professional experience in strategic planning and quantitative/qualitative analytics.
• Very good in analyzing and structuring highly complex strategic contexts and preparing the results for decision making by top management.
• Experience from working in international cross-functional internal teams and consultant teams.
• Strong management and communication skills also on executive management level.
• Strong understanding of developments and transformation in B2B markets, especially with regards to digitalization and the evolution of business and operating models.
• Solid personal interest in ICT industry and future developments in the Io T, connectivity, digital security for connected devices.
• Proven management and communication skills.
