Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Agent Assistant to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will assist the Managing Director and senior agents with the administration of requests and bookings for film projects, both locally and globally. You will also support the company's expansion into the US, working closely with management during this strategic process. Additionally, you will help manage our website, update talent pages, support sales and marketing efforts for our talents, and maintain our social media presence. Regular meetings with clients and talents are a key part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the MD and senior agents in managing requests and bookings for film projects in Sweden and internationally.
Support the company management in the expansion into the US market.
Meet with clients and talents to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Book and prepare marketing and sales matters.
Handle administration for marketing and sales activities.
Check and edit texts.
Monitor and prepare marketing, sales, purchasing, and order matters.
Print, register, organize, and store documents.
Book visiting times, receive customers and visitors.
Receive and connect telephone calls, answer inquiries, and provide information.
Keep talent profiles on the company website up to date.
Assist agents in promoting talents through sales and marketing initiatives.
Manage and update the agency’s social media accounts with engaging content.

Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English and comprehensive Swedish, both written and spoken.
A strong understanding and knowledge of the film industry.
Documented experience managing social media platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro, etc.).
A keen interest in film and storytelling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Film Production or a related field
Degree in humanities/communications
Experience on film sets
Knowledge about the US film market
Knowledge of German and/or French, speaking and writing

Compensation:
25,000 – 29,000 SEK per month, depending on previous experience.
