About the Role:
In this role you will design and own the design of several hardware development solutions. It is a hands-on role where you get to use your creativity, and you will play an important part in the Hardware Development of our future products.
It is a challenging role with responsibility for the full product development of leading-edge designs. This includes using high-speed design techniques.
This position requires travel approximately 3 to 4 times per year, with each trip lasting up to a maximum of 5 workdays.

Location and work dynamics:
The position is based in our Gothenburg office at Odinsgatan 28 in central Gothenburg, a few minutes’ walk from the central station. At Icomera, we apply a hybrid work environment with the majority of working hours at the office.

Key responsibilities:

• Circuit design, PCB Layout
• EMC/Compliance
• Thermal Design
• SI Simulation and Verification.
• Product Testing and Debugging.
• Maintain active hardware products.
• Extensive experience in using CAD tools.

Required Competence:

• Knowledgeable in RED and its impact on the design.
• Able to create order and drive actions to closure.
• Are a self-driven, innovative problem solver.
• Active in discussions in various teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Several years of experience working with hardware development.
