Head of Finance - Nordics
As the Head of Finance for the Nordics region, you will be responsible for overseeing the full financial operations for the Nordic cluster, which includes the group’s largest entities. Your focus will be on enhancing financial processes, advancing reporting accuracy, and championing change management. Working closely with our dedicated finance team, your leadership will ensure that our financial processes are robust, accurate, and efficient, contributing directly to our growth and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full financial operations, including accounting, reporting and financial analysis, for the Nordics region.
Ensure the timely and accurate closure of annual financial and statutory accounts.
Ensure compliance and on-time submission of financial statements, tax returns, and statutory reports.
Conduct financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making and provide guidance and sparring to the operational management teams.
Supervise and develop a team of 10-12 finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the finance team.
Actively contribute to group-wide finance projects and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership in finance, with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
University degree in Finance or Accounting
Significant experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in production or industrial settings.
Proficiency in IFRS and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred).
Experience in an international company and familiarity with cross-functional teams.
Excellent command of both English and Swedish.
A strategic thinker with a drive for digital transformation and process automation.
Background in Big4 Audit with a couple of years in a finance leadership role outside of auditing is highly valued.
