About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR for Northern Europe to join our committed, and forward-thinking team. In this role, you will shape and drive the strategic and operational HR management across our region, spanning seven countries. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within HR, contributing directly to the success of our organization. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR for Northern Europe to join our committed, and forward-thinking team. In this role, you will shape and drive the strategic and operational HR management across our region, spanning seven countries. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within HR, contributing directly to the success of our organization. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you will do:
As the Head of HR Northern Europe, you will:
- Further development and implementation of the HR strategy in BSH Northern Europe (7 countries) to ensure short and long-term HR and business success.
- Operational implementation of all HR tasks considering global and regional HR framework as well as management and mentoring of the cross-country HR Team (8 professionals).
- Further expansion of HR excellence especially for future oriented topics, e.g., talent and competence management with training concept.
- Strategic advice and support for senior leaders in all matters relating HR and mentoring of managers.
- Compliance with all group regulations and organizational duties incl. local legal requirements
- A university degree in Business Administration with focus on HR Management
- Broad experience in both strategic and operational HR, ideally as an HR Manager in a large, international company.
- Proven record in leadership, culture development, talent management, payroll, labor law, as well as cooperation with work council.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business goals and needs, combined with an in-depth understanding of the region Northern Europe.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a talent for building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, other Nordic or Baltic languages are an advantage.

- Employment Type: Permanent, with a local contract through BSH Sweden.
