About the role
As the Training coordinator you will plan and coordinate training programs ensuring that people, tools and facilities are at the right place at the right time. You will lead our employee learning and education related to the needs of the organization by host training events (external and internal) and educational programs.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training activities such as internal and external trainings and industry certifications
• Manage training resources for both external and internal sessions
• Host and conduct training events and programs.
• Collaborate with the organization to identify and assess training needs
• Assess training effectiveness and impact on employee skills
• Manage administration of the Learning management system and other systems that supports training activities and to deliver training status reports
  
• Mapping training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house)
• Conduct organization training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps
  
• Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques

You will be part of Vårgårda HR Operations teams and you may also be involve in other HR related administrative work.
