Job Description:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking sector.
• Perfect command of French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Residence in Switzerland required.
• Excellent knowledge of wealth management professions, as well as investments and financial products. Knowledge of portfolio construction, investment processes and risk management: an asset.
• Good understanding of portfolio performance measures and complex financial reports.
• Strong ability to organize and effectively lead sessions, workshops, and to deal with often complex subjects with participants with very varied profiles.
• Knowledge and practice of the Agile methodology (Scrum).
• Analytical and conceptual spirit, problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy and ability to analyze data from different systems alone.
• Very good organizational skills, good resistance to stress and ability to manage priorities.
• Very good command of SQL query languages, as well as tools allowing access to databases.
• Experience with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman and Swagger.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the formulation of needs expressed by clients, analyze them and write the detailed functional specifications required by our customer’s Technologies development center based in Luxembourg.
• Support and provide support to the IT teams based in Geneva during the various cycles.
• Guarantee the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's global IS by carrying out FATs/integration tests.
• Support and coordinate the test phases with end users.
• Provide a level 3 support role in the event of a production incident.
