BioPharma Business Development Director

Join SOPHi A GENETICS as our new Bio Pharma Business Development Director and be responsible for building our Bio Pharma data partnerships throughout EMEA. This is a remote position based in Europe, but France, Switzerland or the UK is highly preferred.

Your Mission:
- Understands and helps shape the clinical questions of interest for Bio Pharma customers, developing tailored solutions for both R&D and Commercial needs.
- Prospects, develops partnerships, and negotiates commercial contracts for Bio Pharma Data Solutions, including formulating pricing and sales strategies.
- Contributes to shaping Bio Pharma Data Solutions by identifying new use cases and optimizing offerings in collaboration with the product and medical teams.

Your Background:
- This role supports our Bio Pharma Business unit (distinct from our diagnostic applications). Therefore, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of consultative sales experience, specifically providing solutions to customers in the Bio Pharma or Bio Tech sectors
- Must have experience providing RWD/RWE solutions to Pharma and Bio Tech companies
- Exposure or knowledge of Data analytics, Clinical Trials or Market Access would be beneficial.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to generate new leads and explore new projects, and the resilience to pursue company-wide opportunities
- A success-orientated and solutions-focused mindset, that embraces team collaboration, change, growth and inclusion.
