Do you bring a track record of Business Development & Sales activity into a Pharma or Bio Pharma customer base? How about a knowledge of Real-World Evidence and Clinical AI applications?
Join SOPHi A GENETICS as our new Bio Pharma Business Development Director and be responsible for building our Bio Pharma data partnerships throughout EMEA. This is a remote position based in Europe, but France, Switzerland or the UK is highly preferred.

Your Mission:

Understands and helps shape the clinical questions of interest for Bio Pharma customers, developing tailored solutions for both R&D and Commercial needs.
Prospects, develops partnerships, and negotiates commercial contracts for Bio Pharma Data Solutions, including formulating pricing and sales strategies.
Contributes to shaping Bio Pharma Data Solutions by identifying new use cases and optimizing offerings in collaboration with the product and medical teams.

Requirements
Your Background:

This role supports our Bio Pharma Business unit (distinct from our diagnostic applications). Therefore, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of consultative sales experience, specifically providing solutions to customers in the Bio Pharma or Bio Tech sectors
Must have experience providing RWD/RWE solutions to Pharma and Bio Tech companies
Exposure or knowledge of Data analytics, Clinical Trials or Market Access would be beneficial.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to generate new leads and explore new projects, and the resilience to pursue company-wide opportunities
A success-orientated and solutions-focused mindset, that embraces team collaboration, change, growth and inclusion.
